SHIPPING POLICY

 

WE SHIP WORLDWIDE !

 

Processing Time:

  • Standard orders are processed, verified within 2-3 business days.

  • Shipped within 3-5  business days excluding holidays, sales and weekends.

  • Express orders are processed, verified and shipped within 1 business day.

 

We are NOT responsible for orders lost in the mail, incorrectly supplied addresses, or unclaimed/refused packages. You can track your package via USPS with the tracking number that was emailed to you. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST IN THE MAIL OR ANY OTHER PROBLEMS NOT FAULTED TO US! ONCE YOUR STATUS IS DELIVERED WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE. 

 

Shipping Rates:

  • Standard Shipping: $10

  • Express Shipping: $20

  • International Shipping: $25

 

Please Note: 

The time it takes to receive items includes processing + shipping transit time. For example, choosing a Next Day Shipping service does not guarantee you will receive it the day after you place your order. You must still allow time for the order to process. Also, ordering a PREORDER item will result in shipping delays as the item will be available to ship at a later date. You are given a hefty discount for pre ordering for the extended shipping time and your inconvenience.

 

PRE ORDERS 

Pre orders typically arrive within 14 business days. They are discounted for your patience while the products arrive. We have pre orders because our stock is very limited with one of each size per style. This gives you a unique look just for you!

DO YOU HAVE A STORE LOCATION? 

  • No but we have a boutique location opening this summer inside Shear Luxury Spa, Chesapeake, VA. There you will receive one on one attention from your very own personal shopper. It is the ultimate shopping experience. Sit down and relax with your glass of wine or champagne and let one of our talented fashion experts help you get the perfect look from head to toe.

 

CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO AN ORDER?

  • If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We generally process orders within 1 business day and once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.

 

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

  • Most orders ship within 2-3 business days of purchase. Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise. Orders are not shipped on Sunday's or holiday.

  • Please allow 1-2 days for processing and 3-5 additional business days for your order to be shipped and delivered. 

 

I NEED TO RETURN AN ITEM. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE?

  • Once we have received your package, your store credit will be processed within 3-5 business days. You will be notified via email at the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. We DO NOT offer cash refunds, only exchanges or store credit for an item of equally or lesser value. Unfortunately at this time due to COVID19 returns cannot be made so if you are unsure please contact us to ask as many questions you can regarding size, color, etc so we can help you make an informed decision.

 

WHY WAS MY ORDER CANCELLED?

  • Due to an unforeseen event, the item you ordered suddenly became out of stock and is no longer available. We promise these cases are rare. However, if an item in your order does become unavailable, you will be contacted within 24 to 48 hours about the cancellation. If your order contains additional items, these items will still be shipped to you and the unavailable item will be removed from your order. If your order is flagged as fraudulent, your order will be cancelled IMMEDIATELY.

 

 

RETURN POLICY

We DO NOT offer refunds on any items. We will gladly accept an item for an exchange or store credit IF APPLICABLE/ACCEPTABLE. 

Items will be eligible for exchange or store credit 7 days from post marked delivery!

 

Please contact shearluxelifestyle@gmail.com about returning your items FOR EXCHANGE. Include your contact info and order number.  Once the request is received , you will be given a return address to ship your item to. The customer is solely responsible for their own return shipment postage.

We will pay for return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc).

Please allow 7-10 days after items has been delivered to process your store credit or exchange if applicable. In order to honor any exchanges or store credit, all returned items MUST be in new conditions with all tags attached. If the item is NOT returned in new condition, your credit will NOT be issued. 

 

CONDITIONS: 

  • ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED UNWORN , UNWASHED, NO DAMAGE, UNUSED AND WITH TAGS ATTACHED

  • NO VISIBLE MAKEUP OR DEODORANT ON ITEMS

 

The following items are excluded and cannot be returned:

  • Free gifts or promotional items

  • Items marked FINAL SALE

  • Sunglasses

  • Tops & Bodysuits

  • Swimwear

  • Lingerie
